Human Resource Staffing Specialist needed to advise federal government managers on merit principles, recruitment sources, affirmative recruitment and various staffing methods available for selecting qualified candidates; provide independent advice and consultation to Department Heads and 
Administrative Officers to help resolve complex staffing issues in a federal government organization. 

Work with the Human Resource Service Center (HRSC) and HR specialists to facilitate timely and accurate staffing and recruitment action processing; audit completed actions, close/retire case files as required by applicable regulations; manage various staffing programs and recommend 
process improvements. 

A minimum of 3 years federal government staffing experience desired. Full time position.
